Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are also received and delivered on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of Orders shipment may be delayed for a few days please allow additional days in France made for delivery. If you will face a significant delay in the shipment of any order we will contact you through mail or call.

Delivery estimate

Surface Transport will take up to 5-7 business days.

Express transport will take up to 2-3 business days.

PACKAGING

All ordered products packaging is done in our warehouse after taking all safety measures. To avoid damages, we make sure that the delicate items are packed safely. We use high-quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure them from unnecessary breakage. All of our products are properly wrapped and sealed with tamper and weatherproof packaging. We ensure that you receive your order in a safe condition. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or any tampered with or damage on the delivery package, please do not accept the package and immediately contact our Customer Service.

Mattresses

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress—after all, 91% of owners are satisfied with their Mattresswala mattress. We want you to be confident, so we ask you to try our mattresses for 20 days, and if (during the first 20 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, contact us. We will address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, less shipping charges. After your free trial period, you can sleep soundly knowing that we will take 10 Year Limited Warranty on mattresses.

Pillows & Mattress Protector 

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at the time of delivery or if there is any product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.
